Phraates V (c. 2 BC - AD 4) of Parthia was the son of Phraates IV and Musa.
He co-ruled with his mother, Musa (c. 2 BC - 4 AD). They were succeeded by Orodes III (c. 6 AD), who was then succeeded by Vonones I (c. 8-12 AD).
