I find this to be a little easier now that I'm aging and starting to understand myself more. With age you simply start paying more attention to this stuff!
It's been a dream of mine to start my own breakfast eatery. I want the old school environment where you know your customers by name and the food they order. I think this element of society is falling behind and it's important we don't let it. This post is fantastic and packed full of useful info for any entrepreneur.
