, , In recent events there have been many reports involving birds and fish falling dead from the sky.,   With all of these reports just gathering in the media I just wanted to lighten the load and not do another recent event article that involved the dead fish and birds that fell down in Louisiana.  This article is an event that occurred more than a hundred ago and involved dead fish falling from t, he sky in a small town in India., ,

, , On February 19, 1830 there was a strange thing that happened to the small town of Faridpur, India.,   On that afternoon large fish fell directly from the sky onto the ground.  The fish were scattered in hundreds onto the streets of this small village.  Men and women hurried to gather the fish and brought it back to their houses.  People were carrying as many fish as their hands could carry., ,
, , During that afternoon, right before the fish had fell the sky darkened and heavy rain began to pour.,   The rain didn't last long, it came and went as if it might have been a passing cloud.  Right after the rain finished, the fish started to fall from the sky.  People from the village thought that this was a blessing that the fish fell from heaven., ,
, , All of the fish that fell from the sky were all local fish that you could find only in the local pond.waters of Faridpur.,   There haven't been many explanations as to what may have caused these fish to fall from the sky.  The only answer that at the moment is that the people of Faridpur believe that that town is a blessed town.  They believe that God blessed that village that day.  What do you think? Do you think t, here may be  a possibility that the fish might have been scooped up by a strong wind from the passing cloud?, ,
