When I speak with Professionals of all sorts, not just insurance agents, about engaging customers and clients online through a blog, Twitter, Facebook, LinkdedIn, etc. I tend to get the “What about errors & omissions” question quite a bit. I’m not naive and nor do I think you are. Errors and Omissions is a concern when it comes to posting information on the Internet.
