Very nice post - I love the story especially about getting back to normal after vacation and how normal can mean peace.

Very nicely written article with good food for thought. "Be at peace" is a phrase I will also remember along with another of my favorites, "Be still." I need words like these to slow down my mind which chatters constantly, lol. That's my normal, but I'm seeking a more peaceful norm. :)

Thanks for the comment. As I get older, I realize that peace is something I long for. I have to slow down long enough to really experience it. My mind chatters all the time too! I wish it would 'shut up' sometimes cause it makes me tired. LOL
