http://www.sportsphilosopher.com - The Clinton Men's Basketball team started their strength and conditioning program with a positive attitude and outlook for the upcoming 2017-'18 season. With several returning starters and a new focus the Golden Bears feel like the opportunity to improve on last years season is upon them. The strength and conditioning program that started a few weeks ago has already paid dividends. Their basketball ability will be augmented by their relentless work this preseason. The second year under Coach Larry Mullins tenure looks to be off to a great start as the season kicks off November 1st. Some upcoming dates of importance is an exciting 4 day trip to Baltimore for the BCCC Classic tournament the weekend before Thanksgiving. The will have Midnight Madness on October 4th and on campus tours for prospective players on October 21st. The first home game will be on November 4th. The coaching staff of Head Coach Larry Mullins that includes Anderson Bynum, Barry McManus, Chris Powers, and manager Ziggy Strickland look to support the early momentum of the players as they are determined to make their season special.
