I finally started marketing with Facebook. I want to build more relationships and drive more traffic to Blog Engage and in order to do this I need to use Facebook to my advantage when trying to build the Blog Engage community.
As many of you know, the first thing I did was created the Blog Engage Group Page. This group is open to all bloggers, you do not have to be a registered member of Blog Engage to join so if you find this article searching for the top Facebook groups make sure to join us.
The Top Facebook groups I found for bloggers so far on Facebook are as follows. Also remember, you might not fit in so well in all these groups but that’s not the point, you’re building new relationship to hopefully drive traffic to your own blog. Keep an open mind, add friends and build the relationship.

I will continue building this list as I grow on Facebook. I only started using the site a few days ago so I’m still working with it. If you have any blogging groups to share post in a comment and I will see about adding them. I don’t want niche specific groups, I don’t want tech only groups I am looking for groups that all bloggers can join and market with.

I like Bloggers on YouTube if you run YouTube / vlogging video’s https://www.facebook.com/groups/bloggersonyoutube/ it is small but should grow.
I also get some engagement from Stumbles R Us which is focused on stumble upon votes for articles https://www.facebook.com/groups/201549413193713/

Hi Bishwajeet, thanks for visiting. Here’s the thing, when you join the groups, sit back and watch how it works for the first day or two. Don’t go posting links etc.. Try and see how the group behaves and interact with the members. From what I’ve seen this is the best method for all Facebook marketing.

don\’t want people reading comments to get confused. But yeah it is excellent, but only include youtube video’s, video posts…etc not for regular blogs without video.

Oh yeah sorry I called it a page lol good point. I’ll be honest with groups I don’t see much of a point to doing a page these days… Pages are great for branding I guess… but now I ask myself, do I want to link to the page or group….

Groups are more for collaborations / equals where everyone has more freedom to post share and collaborate with each other around a common topic/theme of the group. Facebook fanpages are still more about the business/entity the fanpage is devoted to and people shouldn’t be posting their own topics/promotions without permission from the fanpage owner.
But I agree in many cases a group will work well too. I leverage a private group for my writing staff where we talk about post topics, ask who will review what products…etc. It is an excellent way to collaborate with a team.

Thank you for the honorable mention on Tribe Syndication Association (TSA). We have a lot of great bloggers in that community and it has helped many sites go from a ghost town to thriving in interaction and comments. I have a lot groups joined on Facebook. From any field of SEO, blogging, Social Media and Information technology. Some others I joined in a form of an alliance in which we supported each other in terms of social media marketing.
I like sharing my expertise in my own groups like Geekster Philippines, best SEO blogging, and Blogging for SEO groups.
Also I was so glad that Brian added me to his group which is BE group. I found there the bloggers I idolized and followed in social media sites.
