Can we make blog engage history this month

I was reading the upcoming stories today and Karl from FMS SEO had a really eye catching topic title and I just had to read on and visit his blog.

Turns out it was the most inspiring thing I did all day.

Karl is trying to create history here within our blogging community. he’s challenging all our member to help him reach 50 then 100 votes on an article he wrote.

Technically with the amount of member we have here in the community we should be able to accomplish this challenge.

So to ensure positive feedback I’m actually sending out an announcement today to encourage our members to participate and vote.

Why Participate?

Karl will be posting information on all the members that post and vote for his article. So for one there’s a free do follow back link in it for you. Not to mention if you vote fast and be some of the earliest arrivals you will get the marketing and promotion of the entire community.

Also when other people see we have the ability to reach 100 votes it will create the best possible advertising buzz and increase all our traffic.

    I voted and commented on Karl’s blog, but also wanted to add this here: if there was a one-click way to vote (for logged in members) without leaving the original blog and going to BE, I think it would have made the button more useful? Just thinking out loud, not sure if it’s doable.

    I’ve read the article and left a comment but not give a vote yet, now I will. Brian, this thing that I really waiting for from a community. You can ask the member to vote on one member and every member have a chance to get more that 100 votes, at least an active member get the chance once :) This will encourage member to become active with the community and vote!
