I’m starting a random Blog Engage User Tip activity where every time I come up with a tip that can benefit our users I will write about it here on the blog. I will also add a link to each tip on our FAQ Page.
I’m very happy to announce the ability to add social profiles into your Blog Engage profile area. When logged into Blog Engage click the profile link in the main header navigation. Make sure to update these settings as they are key to your making friends and finding new blog readers.
When your profile loads click the word modify, this will bring you to an editing screen where you can now add the following social profile links. I have taken the liberty to add all of the most popular social networks. If you feel I have missed one simply let me know and I’ll add it. We have added the following social profile options, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Stumbleupon, Digg, Youtube, Klout, Google+, Pinterest and Skype.

I think BlogEngage is a wonderful blog and every great site should have a profile area. An enhanced profile area where people can introduce themselves will appeal to many.

Hi Marty, I would still love to get this having more features and functionality. In my opinion the pligg script doesn’t allow for much action on the profile page.
