I’m very happy to announce the success in relaunching the Blog Engage Google Adsense Revenue Sharing Program. Best of luck to all the members who participate in our community and I wish you all the luck in generating revenues.

Currently the default revenue sharing is set to 50 percent. Which means when members or visitors from organic traffic visit your submitted story page they have a 50 percent chance of seeing your Google Adsense Ad displayed and not mine.

1. Log into blogengage, select profile, select modify.

2. Add your full pub number and select save.

3. Visit your story page do as shown below and confirm your pub. (refresh may be needed)

So this means when you submit article to blog engage you have a chance of generating money from our members and organic search engine traffic.

To demonstrate how the a Adsense Revenue Sharing Program works I’m going to use the account of my good friend Geoserv. If you visit his profile you will see he has edited his information and added his Google Adsense PUB number.

This means when anyone visits his story pages and clicks an ad they will be clicking his very own Google Ad. Please also take note the Google PUB number Geo has on his profile for later reference.

pub-0673077929970762

From here select the story named, 9 Blogs I Found on Blog Engage. When we proceed to that page we will see an ad is on display for this story. If you right click and view the properties of the Google ad you will see it matches the Google Pub number Geo added to his profile.

When you inspect the code you will see the Geo’s code is being displayed and he will make money from any clicks on that ad. I’m using FireBug a Firefox add-on and that’s why I was able to easily search his pub number.

So what do you think?

Will this motivate you to start submitting your blog content more and more and perhaps on a daily basis?

How to increase your revenue sharing?

1. Write an article about us telling your blogging friends. Take the time and post an article on your blog explaining what our community is about and why you suggest people to join it. Let me know about the article so I can go and tweet and engage. After I see the article I will increase your adsense earnings to 100 percent.

2. Invite your friends into the community. Send invites to all your blogging friends. If you invite three members I will increase your revenue sharing to 100 percent. Make sure to track your friends using the forums or via e-mail with me. I cannot track your members for you this is your responsibility. Once you refers three members I will increase your adsense earnings to 100 percent.

3. Guest Blog for us here on our community blog twice. If you write two unique articles here on our community blog I will I will increase your adsense earnings to 100 percent.

4. Add the blog engage profile image or badge to the TOP of your sidebar for all your blogging friends to see. When done adding the image simply contact me and I will increase your adsense earnings to 100 percent.

The offer is on the table permanently. Anyone interested in increasing their Adsense Revenue Sharing to 100 percent simply do one of the following options. e-mail me with the progress or completion and I will upgrade your account to 100 percent.

What’s the point of all this?

When I upgrade your account to 100 percent adsense revenue sharing you will always see your ads on your story page and will never be shared with me or other members. That spot will become your full time permanent add.

Track your exact blog engage earnings

Most importantly we want to have our members understanding how much money they can generate from Blog Engage so I’m also writing how to track your Blog Engage Adsense Revenue Sharing Earnings.

First you must login to you Adsense account and select the Adsense set up tab. From here select the channel tab and proceed to the websites section.

  • Select AdSense for Content
  • Select +Add new URL channels hyperlink
  • Type in the URL address for Blog Engage in the box
  • Click on Add channels button

Now you should be able to filter your Adsense earning by channel. If you go back to the main page it should look like this.

Now all the earnings you earn and page views from the Blog Engage URL will be shown in your filter. This is how you can see if you are in fact making money from Blog Engage.

If you need any help with setting this up please see the forum topic. Thanks to everyone for all your support I hope you make some money using our revenue sharing community.

Hey Brian! That is awesome that adsense sharing is back… Hopefully our members respect this privilege and aren’t clicking their own ads now! :-) … in regards to increasing the sharing to 100% does the criteria need to be met again, or does the fact that some of us have written blog engage articles etc… in the past still count?

Hi there Daniel, we are honoring all the members who have already been upgraded in the past. All of these members will still have 100 percent revenue sharing and will not have to do anything to keep this status. That is a great question and I should had mentioned something in the article. Thanks for bringing it up.

Great to see the BlogEngage revenue back with Google Adsense, if we had it all set up previously do we have to reset it all up again or are we ready to go? ;)

Thats is just another great addition to an already great community. Brian, I really don’t know what to say about this. I may not even benefit from it myself since I am going to be really busy with my blog and my 2 full time day jobs in the months ahead, but the fact that you care enough to always look for ways to share your success with your members tells a great deal about what kind of person you are. You are truly a great human being and a fantastic blogger. Thank you for all you do.

Hey Brian, in the past I didn’t see any significant earnings with the AdSense program even with the 100%. Can you tell who is doing well so that can give us some pointers? Thanks Brian, I’m going to hang in there and keep my fingers crossed.

Hi Ileane, first go to your story page and make sure your ads are displaying. They should be but who knows it’s worth confirming. Seccond start marketing your story pages. Like on your blog the more traffic the more money you make. Try tweeting the story page a few times a day as building traffic will only increase your shared revenues.

I don’t know why I’ve never seen my pub ID appear here on Blogengage, and then couldn’t earn any money with this program.
Anyways, that’s great to see it back. :)

This is great incentive to join Blog Engage and post regular articles here! Even guest posting, which gets your name in front of a borrowed audience you know is already targeted and glad to read your work, can help immensely. Anything a person can do to improve their work and increase their income in this business is a good thing!

    Thanks again,

Also, would be awesome to set incentives such as if you reach 100 articles, you get 100% of your commission plus 1% of the admins. :D

I don’t see my pub ID to appear on the story page also. Seems like the revenue sharing is not working?

How are the revenue #s looking? Anybody seeing the stats yet? Any issues with bad eggs (e.g.: people with shady adsense accounts) diluting the numbers for the rest. I know some adsense accounts don’t revshare with google the full amount, I wonder how that’s going to factor in on the domain-level factor.
