If you’re reading this right now there’s a good chance you got my news letter and followed the link to my blog. We had a very productive month in September. With new members and daily article submissions we truly are creating an amazing environment to market for bloggers. I have taken the liberty of removing the majority of ads on our main social site as I found it to be affecting the page load time.

I have replaced some of the ads with neat and cool tools for you to use as a blogger. The first tool I added was the twitter remote allowing me to see and track who’s visiting the website while logged into twitter. This also allows you our members to follow each other as blog engage members should.

The second new feature I added and have attempted before unsuccessfully is the top members on the main site index. This data is updated by me on every Friday or sooner when I think about it. The data is collected as follows in order for you to take the top spots.

Voting on an article before it’s been published is 70 karma Points
Voting on an article after it’s been published 15 karma Points
Your Links Submitted not Published 25 karma Points
Your Link Submitted Is Published 5 karma Points
Voting on another users comments 25 karma Points
Points per comment 25 karma Points

I’m not sure if you have been following but Blog Engage officially announces it will be holding a year end contest awarding the members with the most votes, engages on their article comments, and more.
