After much consideration I have decided to create a onetime sign up fee for all new members wanting to join our blogging community.

The benefit of this is our ability to ensure the quality of bloggers joining into our communtiy.

I understand you have concerns about new members not having the ability to join and vote on your articles. To solve this issue I have enabled anonymous voting. The system tracks IP address and only allows each member to vote once.

In the long run I’m hoping this helps develop more income for the communtiy to put into our contests and rewards for our members.

If you’re a member of Affiliate Lights make sure to update all your Blog Engage badges and buttons with your affiliate tracking code. This way if anyone joins our communtiy from your blog you will get paid the 25% commissions.

I have however set up a deal for all new members that will hopefully influence more sales for our RSS service. Members that sign up to anyone of our RSS Services will automatically be waived the sign up fee of $29.99.
