I know as much as the next blogger our daily mission is to find new places or communities to market our blogs. As the months pass by this seems to be a never ending and difficult task. That’s why today I decided to put together a list of places all bloggers should be marketing their blogs or websites. I’ve been marketing online since 2007 and if you look around I think you will admit I managed to do a pretty good job. I use many webmaster forums and blogging communities in order to develop my consistent traffic and blogger following. Today I would like to take the time and share these communities with you.

These are not in any specific order so don’t think the first is my favorite because it’s not, you’re on my favorite right now. I  will add a personal comment to each of them letting you know the benefits. I will be honest so there is no worry about mislead information.

Top Blog Forums

Bloggeries – Bloggers Blog Forum is very unique as it’s one of the most popular blog forums communities that belong to the blogosphere. As your blog grows so will your questions and need for knowledge. I would strongly suggest joining the community and becoming a regular daily visitor. I’m very good friends with Rob the owner and also a share a forum moderator with him named Jessi which most of you probably know.

The Blogger Forum – I’m relatively new to this community but I have had a very positive experience with most of the replies to my threads. The community is growing fast and is do follow for you page rank lovers. I would strongly suggest looking into this community.

The Blog Experiment – I don’t use this forum much but it’s a personal preference. None the less if you’re a blogger it’s a must use for your marketing and blog educational needs. It’s a great community owned and operated by a very well know blogger in the blogosphere. Be sure to check it out as it’s most beneficial to you as a blogger.

Blogger Hub – I’m actually really new to the blogger hub. I’m so new I haven’t even made a post yet… I think. None the less ti’s another great looking community for bloggers and a great place to build back links.

Blog Engage Blog Forum – Our forum is new guys and it’s starting to pick up so if you are thinking about joining any of the forums listed here you dam well better come join and visit us or I’ll be extremely offended. I’ve worked hard at making it fun and interactive so take a moment sign up and join us in conversations.

Social Networks for Bloggers

My Blog Log – I’ve always been a fan of the networking possibilities that are available at my blog log. At one point in time it was easier but still the website has much potential. I would suggest suing it to meet new people but don’t over spend your time as it may be wasted efforts.

Blog Catalog – Alright this is a tuff one for me. I don’t suggest adding your blogs to blog catalog but creating a blog group is a great idea. Normally blog catalog will out rank you for your own topic titles but not if you create and market using their groups. This allows you to still meet friends and network without losing page rank or search engine traffic.

Twitter – Above all said and mentioned you must use twitter guys. As an example all bloggers that join blogengage (since I started using twitter) I follow. I go to their website and click the follow us link. This helps me build relationships with my users and grow my network. As you can clearly see my methods are working great.

Facebook – FaceBook offers excellent marketing opportunities but I currently don’t use it all that much. Only because I sue twitter for my real life networking and do not spam marketing my friends. Assuming you created your FaceBook account with marketing intentions this is fine. Use at your own risk and will. I have no further suggestions for FaceBook.

Blog Engage Blog Community – This is a given, I mean hello if you’re reading this you’re already using our service. Don’t be sure you can create a lot of traffic using blogengage. Socially Share, add friends submit article links and more.

Blog Serp – Blog Serp is owned by me and is a submission site to submit your blog website once. This is not used to submit your article is only for your .com name almost like a directory of blogs if you will. Simply put it’s another backlink for you.

Be sure to add me as a friend, bbrian017 and if interested you can join my social group.

nice post, I find it pretty easy to get huge amounts of traffi from twitter but it always bounces and never takes the action I want it to on my site. Do you have any ideas on getting the traffic to take action on arrival?
