I propose that, as bloggers, we strive to balance our core values with our desire for financial success, and try to succeed at both. To do less is to be less. Together, as bloggers, we can make a difference.

Vampires and Zombies are hot, hot, hot these days. Hajra and I discuss whether all the good bloggers are dead, and it occurs to us that the GOOD ones are very much alive and well–probably hunkered down in a concrete bunker fifteen feet underground, stockpiling nukes, trunk novels, pithy articles, and canned peas, Bic lighters and Bacardi, preparing to ward off the shuffling hordes of brain-eaters and fangboys.
Beware of drive-by guest bloggers offering to write free articles for your website. Writing is work and there ain’t no such thing as a free lunch.
