I started a BETA* Blog Links Directory which is 100% free to use and submit your blog sites. It’s a free open source software script I used at yawoop and thought it would fit nice and perfect with blogengage’s blog promotion movement! When I first started blogengage we only had the main site and as most of you know it’s basically a submit and vote process with the end result being your blog article getting published to the main page after 7 votes. http://www.blogengage.com/blog_directory/
After launching blogengage’s main site I decided to launch the Blog Engage Blogging Forums. The forums are growing fast with Total posts at 1030, Total topics at 200, and Total members at 76. Seeing there’s a lot of forums bloggers can use to promote their website I feel these numbers here at blogengage’s are showing strong growth.
After we launched the forums I decided to integrate an actual blog to the blog engage main site template. This went extremely well and after time we were able to use it in a live environment. The blog increased traffic to the site and we started allowing our members to benefit from this traffic and offered the ability to guest blog. This guest blogging idea is a slow movement but we have had 2 so far and I enjoyed it very much. I’m in talks with a few bloggers and we should have more guest blogging to come!
Profile and Badges Promotion section has come along nicely. I see many of our members proudly supporting the idea of blogengage and I appreciate this so much. As most of you know I spend a good 90% of my available time here at blogengage and promotion of the profile and badges images is an excellent way to return the favor as a member.
