I have decided to allow first time Blog Engage users to submit their .com page and articles. We all know I didn’t like the idea of promoting your .com page but it’s only fair to introduce your blog site first before your topics so it’s now allowed. To all our members who have not yet submitted their .com blog page you can proceed to now. At first I was a little worried about the spamming this could have possibly caused but now that I think about it more a specific URL can only be added once therefore once you submit your .com blog its final and can’t be submitted again. For this reason I will allow you to submit your .com blog sites.

I would also like to take a moment and discuss the new feature found in the blog I wrote right before this one. The feature allows your readers to submit their vote for your blog right from your blog post by adding the code provided in the earlier blog. As of right now the users would have to register at Blog Engage to use this service just like Digg.com users would. I was considering making this a non registration process but it’s up to you, the bloggers. If the votes were counted from non registered users I would have to up the minimum vote amount that is currently need to get to the published page. Current y you need 5 votes, if we changed the vote even it not registered rule I would have to increase it from 5 to a minimum of 20 or more. We can discuss what it will be increased to when I get a response from our users regarding the blog vote images, or links.

Well let me know your thoughts as nothing will change if you don’t suggest anything.

Cheers,

Blog Engage
